Overview

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in resalable condition
  • In its original, undamaged packaging
  • Complete with all tags and labels attached

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned unless faulty, including:

  • Customised items (e.g., embroidered or personalised workwear)
  • Opened underwear, lingerie, control wear, hosiery, and swimwear (for hygiene reasons)
  • Sale items (non-refundable and non-exchangeable)

A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email about the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within a few working days.
  • If your refund is delayed, please:
    • Check your bank account again.
    • Contact your card provider, as refunds may take time to process.
    • Contact your bank for further assistance.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, please email us at info@blackburnworkwear.com

Gift Returns

  • If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of the return. Once the return is processed, we’ll send you a gift certificate.
  • If the gift wasn’t sent directly to you, the refund will go to the original purchaser.

Returning Your Item

  • Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility and non-refundable.
  • If your refund is approved, the return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount.
  • For higher-value returns, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we can’t guarantee receipt of your returned item.
